From the Brand: Ecopots
When we designed Ecopots more than ten years ago, no one had heard about the 'plastic soup'. No one was thinking about using recycled materials for their flower pots and planters. But we did. We saw the need and potential to use recycled materials for our products and continue to do so today. However, design and functionality are equally important to us. In our philosophy, durability is more than just reusing or recycling materials. It's also about designing and producing products that last. So Ecopots are not only sturdy, but are also timeless in their design and use of colors, making them beautiful today, tomorrow, and in ten years' time. We believe that the most durable products are those that you don't want - or have - to replace every year.
Ecopots follows the Scandinavian design philosophy, which is about creating a calm and clutter-free home as a counter-balance to hectic and stressful daily lives. It is characterized by clean and simple lines, minimalism, and the use of natural colors and materials. In November 2020, Ecopots, as the first brand in our sector, received both the CO2 Neutral company and CO2 Neutral Product certification.
Product Description: Ecopots Paris
The Ecopots Paris is a large planter designed to make an impression. The sizes available (length) are 60, 80, and 100 cm, with a height up to 50 cm. The Ecopots Paris is made from recycled materials and has a distinctive, handmade finish. The latest addition to the range is the Paris On Wheels.
Are Ecopots 100% waterproof? Most of them are, but not all. Some flower pots and planters have a rubber plug in the bottom of the pot, and although it has a tight fit, it could leak some water. Therefore, we advise using a saucer when your flower pot has a rubber plug.
What are Ecopots made from? Ecopots are made from recycled plastics, with up to 80% of recycled plastics used for our pots.
Are Ecopots recyclable? Of course they are! But you don't have to think about recycling Ecopots just yet, as they have a lifespan of over 10 years. When they finally reach the end of their life cycle, they can be fully recycled.
Are Ecopots for indoor or outdoor use? Both! Our larger pots come with a plug in the bottom for drainage, so if you are planning to use one of those pots indoors, we recommend using it with a saucer. Apart from that, you can use Ecopots anywhere you want.

Some models come with a saucer (sold separately), and all feature a drainage hole and plug to help with root aeration and excess water drainage.
