More than ten years ago, when Ecopots was designed, the concept of the 'plastic soup' was unheard of, and the use of recycled materials for flower pots and planters was not a common consideration. However, we recognized the need and potential to incorporate recycled materials into our products, and we have continued to do so to this day.

Yet, our commitment to sustainability is just one part of the Ecopots story. Design and functionality are equally important to us. In our philosophy, durability goes beyond simply reusing or recycling materials. It also encompasses the design and production of long-lasting products. Consequently, Ecopots are not only sturdy, but their design and color choices are also timeless. They are beautiful today, tomorrow, and even ten years from now, as we believe the most durable products are those you do not need to replace annually.

Ecopots follows the Scandinavian design philosophy, which is characterized by a commitment to creating a calm and clutter-free home environment as a counterbalance to the hectic and stressful nature of daily life. This philosophy is exemplified by clean and simple lines, minimalism, and the use of natural colors and materials.

In November 2020, Ecopots became the first brand in our sector to receive both the CO2 Neutral company and CO2 Neutral Product certifications.

The Ecopots Oslo combines classic and modern design elements seamlessly. Crafted from recycled materials and equipped with a rubber plug in the bottom, the Oslo is suited for both indoor and outdoor use, with sizes ranging from 25 to 55 cm.

While most Ecopots are 100% waterproof, some flower pots and planters have a rubber plug in the bottom that, although tightly fitted, may allow some water leakage. Therefore, we recommend using a saucer with these products when used indoors.

Ecopots are made from up to 80% recycled plastics, and they are fully recyclable at the end of their long lifespan of over 10 years.

Ecopots can be used both indoors and outdoors. The larger pots come with a plug in the bottom for drainage, so we suggest using a saucer if placing them indoors.

Ecopots offer a variety of saucer options, including round, square, and rectangular, to complement the different sizes and shapes of our planters. The saucers are available in colors such as Dark Gray, Terracotta, and White Gray.
